This is the most important part, and often it is the most neglected with many providers. But with ABS, it doesn’t end when we ship you a product.
First, we track your shipment to make sure that it arrives on time and in good condition. Then, we send you a survey to verify that everything arrived in good condition and to ask for any suggestions that may improve our service and packing. If there are any problems, we work with you to promptly address them in a way that meets your needs.
We very much want your input, and we donate to Partners in Health for every survey that we receive. Partners in Health provides healthcare to people who have little or no access to healthcare.
Once you have had an opportunity to work with your order, we check back with you to make sure everything is working properly. We know that what you do is important to you and your organization. Your satisfaction is our most important goal. We want to know if there are any issues or concerns. If there are, we work with you to find the best solutions. If an issue is on our side, we will provide a replacement or a refund. We are there as your partner, and we actively welcome your suggestions and even complaints. We are also there to assist with our knowledge and experience.
All issues are addressed as soon as possible and also tracked to look for any lapses in training or processes. An organization that does not grow, learn, and adapt will cease to exist. We are your partner and we want to grow and improve in ways that directly benefit you.
